What time will my delivery be?

As you can understand Funeral deliveries do take priority over our other deliveries. You can request AM or PM times or arrange for a more specific time that suits you. Please click here for our disclaimer on all deliveries policies.

What is your Delivery area?

We deliver to ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4, ME5, ME6, ME7,ME8,

What happens if the recipient is not in?

We have special designed ‘Sorry we missed you’ cards. These are posted through the door informing the recipient that we have tried to make delivery.

We will always try and leave with a neighbor.

On the reverse of the ‘Sorry we missed you’ Cards the information will be written on where the flowers have been left or if we have had to bring them back to our shop and that to call us to arrange delivery or collection. So the recipient would always know we have tried to make a delivery on the specific date.

Why do you charge for delivery?

Our flowers are not delivered by post or an over night delivery service – they are delivered fresh on the day. Our arrangements are made up fresh by Michelle and her team and are delivered by the Pick-A-Posy Van, driven by our own delivery drivers. Due to ever-rising fuel bills and van wear and tear, we have to charge a small delivery charge. We believe that this way there is no hidden cost and that no delivery charge would be taken out off your flower cost. Your flowers will always be full to the value content and never any relay or hidden free delivery costs taken out.

Are you open on Sundays or Bank Holidays?

We are closed all Bank Holidays and Sundays. Orders received on these days would be processed for the next following working day.

(We only open for delivery on a Sunday to the exceptions of Mothering Sunday, Valentines Day or Christmas Eve if they fall on a Sunday)

How much notice do I need to give for a funeral tribute?

We can arrange a spray or posy within one hour if you have only just found out the sad news. However this would be the stock we would have in our shop.

Tributes consisting of lilies we would ideally require at least one weeks notice due to lilies long vase life. Our turnover is so high, we like to know that the lilies are bought in fresh and nurtured within the week and that the lilies are just at the right bloom. However we can substitute lilies with other gorgeous flowers to create the same look to the tribute.

Hearts, cushions, pillows, crosses, letters/names etc
As short as 2 days notice. If a funeral were taking place on a Monday we would need to know by 4pm on the Friday beforehand.

Bespoke funeral tributes we need as much notice as you can, sometimes up to a week before the funeral date, as we design most of our frames and a lot of work and design goes into the process of creating bespoke designs.
